NON-SMOKING INN
CHECK IN: 3 PM TO 5 PM (FRIDAY 3 PM TO 8 PM)
CHECK OUT 11AM
Please note that a late arrival after 5pm on weekdays and 8pm on Fridays, will force you to access your suite independently without receiving the verbal welcome that characterizes us, it will be done the next day. The spa and wood burning fireplace will not be accessible. Note the time of use of the hot tub of the Romeo and Juliet suite below
DEPOSIT POLICY
1 night : 150$
2 nights : 200$ (see policy under)
3 nights and +: 50% of the stay
Massages: 100$
By credit card or virement bancaire or cash
RESERVATION POLICY
We rent for a minimum of two (2) nights, every weekend of the year ( Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) holidays and summer time. Rest of the year you can rent for a single night from Sunday untill Thursday (Except long weekend and holiday 3 nights )
CANCELLATION POLICY
3 days and less before the arrival or a hasty departure: the total cost of the stay will be charged.
4 to 7 days before the arrival, 50% of the stay will be charged.
8 to 14 days before the arrival, 25% of the stay will be charged.
Body cares: Within 24 hours the total amount of care will be charged.
If we rent the room for the same period, we return the deposit minus $50 for administrative fees.
WHIRLPOOL BATH They run 24 hours except the Romeo and Juliet suite which runs from 8:30 am to 11 pm
ALL OF OUR SUITES HAVE A SEMI-PRIVATE BALCONY OR PATIO WITH LAKE VIEWS AND AN OUTDOOR PRIVATE SPA, AVAILABLE YEAR ROUND.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RULE OF NON-NUISANCE OF NOISE NOCTURE AS STIPULATED IN THE CIVIL CODE ARTICLE 1457 is applicable for our outdoor spas, so spas CANNOT BE USED FROM 11PM TO 8AM: It’s like at home! Thank you

OUR OUTDOOR SPAS CANNOT BE USED FROM 11:00 PM TO 8:00 AM BECAUSE THEY ARE SUBJECT TO THE NON NUISANCE RULE DURING THE NIGHT AS PROVIDED IN THE CIVIL CODE ARTICLE 1457
PLEASE TAKE NOTE To access the outdoor spa, you will need to sign a consent with, among other things, the following wording:
I SIGN THIS DOCUMENT IN ALL KNOWLEDGE OF CAUSE. WE KEEP THE RIGHT TO REQUEST A GUARANTEE DEPOSIT FOR THE USE OF THE SPA. YOU WILL BE ADVISED IF WE HAVE TO CHARGE FEES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR NEGLIGENCE AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE. IF WE HAVE REASONS TO BELIEVE THAT THESE RULES WILL NOT BE OBSERVED, WE WILL REFUSE YOU ACCESS TO THE SPA. THANK YOU....
OVEN FOR RACLETTE OR FONDUE OR A WOK IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS. However you can ask a delivery and eat in your room or balcony.You have access to a kitchenette with microwave, crockery, glassware etc ... but no cooking equipment
WOOD OR ECOLOGIC LOG : Please for security reasons, it is forbidden to bring your wood or ecological logs.
They are available at the auberge at low cost and guarantees. Specific instructions for using the fireplace, will be given upon arrival. Using the fireplace is prohibited without receiving the live instructions from management, on arrival Thank you
PETS
Unfortunately animals are not allowed at the auberge, however, in a family environment, the RANCH LA DOUCEUR will be happy to keep your pets, whoever they are. Call the Ranch at 20mn from auberge 819 321 1329
