2 nights: 150$
3nights and +: 40% of the stay

by credit card, postal order, or cheque (must be received within 10 days after we take the reservation)

Cancellation policy

2 days and less before the arrival or a hasty departure: the total cost of the stay will be charged.

3 to 7 days before the arrival: 50% of the stay will be charged
8 to 14 days before the arrival: 25% of the stay will be charged

If we rent the room for the same period, we return the deposit minus 15% for administrative fees.
